Iowa Wesleyan University in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa invites nominations and expressions of interest as the University begins its search for a new Vice President for University Advancement.

A member of the president’s senior leadership team, the Vice President for University Advancement, reporting directly to President Titus, will bear responsibility for the full range of advancement responsibilities including alumni relations, fundraising at all levels, public and community relations, and advancement systems and services. In addition, the new VPUA will oversee strategic and annual planning for the division, manage a staff of six, and ensure that fundraising, advancement communications, and advancement reporting and metrics keep pace with national best practice. The successful candidate will bring 10 or more years of progressive experience and success in advancement work that includes both fundraising and leadership experience.
