We oversee areas such as registration, grade submission, transcript ordering, evaluating transfer credit, degree audits, and graduation. We also handle enrollment verification and veteran’s certification. The Registrar’s Office provides services to students, alumni, faculty, and the public.
Iowa Wesleyan University complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and sends unofficial transcripts via Fax, and unofficial or official transcripts via Mail through the United States Postal Service. Per federal regulations, we cannot take transcript requests over the phone or via email.

A course that was taken at a regionally accredited college or university, in which the content and depth are similar to a course taught at Iowa Wesleyan University, may be accepted for transfer.
Iowa Wesleyan will accept up to 60 credit hours from community colleges and up to 90 credit hours from four-year institutions. The final 30 semester hours must be completed at Iowa Wesleyan University.
