Summer KidTek Coordinator

Southeastern Community College Continuing Education (CBIZ) is currently seeking a part-time Coordinator for our Kidtek Summer Camp program, which are STEM related classes that are able to 4th – 6th grades & 7th – 9th grades. This position’s primary role will focus on the preparation and camp logistics.
Class offerings are located at our Burlington, Mt. Pleasant, Keokuk and Fort Madison locations and could be offered in other locations identified in the area.
Kidtek Camps are scheduled on weekdays during the daytime for seven weeks starting June 12th to July 28th. We have in person and virtual camps.

• Gather and organize supplies, equipment, and paperwork for Kidtek camps.
• Operate office equipment.
• Send information, materials or documentation as required.
• Compile data or documentation.
• Effectively communicate with campers, parents, teachers & Continuing Education staff.
• Promote educational programs.
• Report to Kidtek Coordinators.
• Travel required to camp locations to deliver summer camp supplies and pick up supplies as well as local retail outlets to purchase and pick up supplies.
• Perform other work duties as assigned.
