Pre-Chiropratic

IW has a 3+1 agreement with Palmer College of Chiropractic. The student will complete a minimum of 90 credit hours before transferring to Palmer. During the fourth year, the student will be completing both the last year of undergraduate coursework and the first year of the program leading to the Doctor of Chiropractic degree on the campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic. 30 credit hours will be transferred from Palmer for completion of the B.S. degree in Biology from IW.Check out Pre-Chiropractic »

Pre-Law

Students interested in obtaining a Law degree can complete courses at Iowa Wesleyan and at the University of Iowa College of Law, with which IW has an affiliation agreement. This 3 + 3 articulation agreement was designed for students intending to pursue a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in law while receiving a bachelor’s degree from Iowa Wesleyan. During the third year at Iowa Wesleyan, students may apply for acceptance to UI College of Law. If accepted, during the fourth year students will complete both their last year of undergraduate coursework to earn a bachelor’s degree from IW and the first year of the program leading to a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at UI College of Law.Check out Pre-Law »

Athletic trainers, who are often confused with personal trainers, are actually certified and licensed health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to provide preventative services, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions in physically active populations.Check out Pre-Athletic Training »
