Business Administration Marketing

The Business Administration Marketing Program will teach students the process of teaching consumer buying habits over competitors. Marketing is often confused with advertising and sales, but it is important to understand the differences.

Simply put, marketing can give you the skills and knowledge necessary to be able to work in nearly any industry that exists today, particularly because marketing is such an important part of any business plan. Advertising, market research, public relations, and more areas of business around the world will all take the holders of marketing degrees.

Marketing Program Requirements:

Complete all of the following:

  • BA 321 Consumer Behavior
  • BA 322 Principles of Advertising
  • BA 371 Business Analytics or BA 323 Marketing Research
  • ECN 240 Applied Statistics for Economics and Business

Complete two of the following:

  • BA 324 Marketing Management
  • BA 325 Social Media
  • DMD 109 Survey of Multimedia
  • DMD 204 Graphic Layout and Design I
  • DMD 221 Web Design and Programming

Business Administration Requirements:

  • All concentrations are required to complete the core business requirements
