Human Services Program within the Business Administration Degree

The Business Administration Degree with a Human Services program provides students with an essential foundation in business and skills for either direct entry into the human services workplace or entrance to graduate programs in business. The primary objective of this major is to provide a well-rounded, business-oriented program in which students may achieve skills with the IW philosophies of critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, and civic engagement.

  • PSYC 361 Abnormal Psychology
  • SOC 243 Social Problems
  • SOC 310 Race and Ethnicity

Choose one (1) elective:

  • PSYC/SOC 205 The Family
  • PSYC 209 Social Psychology
  • PSYC 326 Introduction to Counseling
  • PSYC 372 Positive Psychology

Business Administration Requirements:
