Iowa Wesleyan University seeks a part-time adjunct instructor in the Humanities Department to teach Ethics. Adjunct Instructors are contracted on a semester to semester basis and instruction of courses may take place either face to face or online during the evenings, weekends and summer months depending upon the course offerings during that particular semester.. Responsibilities will include teaching Ethics: Life and Career a face to face, day course held on the Mount Pleasant campus.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates would have a Masters in Philosophy or a related field with at least 18 hours of graduate course work in Ethics. Experience teaching at the collegiate or secondary school level is desirable. Successful candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellent undergraduate instruction.
