The graduate certificate in Strategic Leadership provides an educational opportunity for working adults seeking a post-Baccalaureate credential that will qualify them for a promotion or other career advancement opportunities in healthcare, business management or social services. This graduate level certificate is designed for working adults who can enroll as part-time students. The program consists of two core courses, two concentration courses (in Business Leadership, Healthcare Leadership or Servant Leadership) plus one elective course. Admission into the program requires a minimum of an earned bachelor’s degree. Classes will be offered online and will also be available at night in Mt. Pleasant at Iowa Wesleyan University. This graduate certificate can be completed in 12-18 months.
