The cost for each and every official transcript is $10. The cost to fax an unofficial transcript is $10. Payment must be received by the college before a transcript can be mailed, faxed or delivered via courier. Payment by check or money order should accompany any mailed transcript request, or credit card information must be provided on the transcript request form. (Discover, MasterCard and VISA accepted).

Allow one week for processing transcript requests. At the beginning/end of an academic term, allow two weeks to process requests.

Express processing for courier service within the USA is available. The fee for two-day processing and delivery by courier service within the USA is $30. The fee for courier delivery outside the USA will be determined by the destination.

As required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, we must have written authorization (the student’s signature) to release any transcript. A faxed signature is acceptable. We cannot take transcript requests over the phone or via email.
